Our company is an established estate agents, based in Gandia, Valencia, Spain with a huge knowledge of the Spanish real estate market.

Prices on the websites, are there extra costs to consider?
All the properties on the websites are solely the price of the property. You will have to take into account that your purchasing costs will be in the region of about 13% to 14% extra, this will cover Notary, land registry, lawyers, and transfer taxes. Therefore if you are looking at a property on the website that is currently for sale at the price of €50.000, then with additional purchase costs the property will cost you in the region of €57.000. If you are applying for a mortgage, please remember the banks will only finance the property and not the additional costs that you will incur.
